Having The Right People In The Right Place
Let us look deeper and ponder, "why is it the road is jammed?",
"I wish today is one of the long Public Holiday so that the road will
not be jammed."
I guess, there are reasons to everything,
right?? ...... bottle-neck road,
breakdown, accidents, flooding etc.
Think about it for a second, except for
the "Act-Of-God" incident such as accidents, most of the cause of
jammed road is avoidable by having well-planned people planning it. We are
suffering and living with it due to incapable of these people. Are we
suppose to continue with these flaws? Are we suppose to keep quiet about it?
Okay, lets talk about the roads...... you can name it too..... Bottle-Neck road.
Have you notice that most of the road that
joins to a main road has very short exit lanes. Vehicles coming to the main
road has no other choice but to squeeze in and thus the vehicles from the
main road inner lane will either slow down or move to the middle lane. Thus
causing the middle lane vehicle to either slow down or move to the right lane.....
What does the vehicle on the right lane do, slow down of course.
Extending the exit lanes to the main road will give ample time for vehicle
to inch their way to the main road without much fuss and complications.
Flooding, it happened everywhere in KL when there is a downpour. The
situation gets worse when people leave their office to avoid the
"jam" that will be happening because of the flood.
I have seen contractors engaged to clean the road daily sweeping the rubbish
into the drain. You can call it an escalator drain. Not to mentioned, most of the drains is way too small to
carry the amount of rain water. Who signs the POs for the contractor to
built the drains? Have the contractor done their research on the rain fall in
KL?
